In contrast from most of these comments, this is a garbage hit. Puck is LONG gone. It's not like he wasn't looking, he's looking down the ice atleast a full second before the hit, hence the dumping of the puck. This is a late as hell hit, and that's before even talking about the head contact… This is how you hurt people.
Flyers fan here…love Seeler…but this hit is no different that the hit against Poehling…Seeler objectively deserves a suspension…dirty hit…it doesn't matter if you lead with your shoulder if you are fully aware that his head is the first thing your shoulder will hit🤦
In roughly the same place Rempe blasted him last year. Bastian is a magnet for sure, but when you keep your head down like that, lessons are gonna be learned.
