Voice over is talking too fast. Emotion is good, but less words, with more emphasis on those words would work better… voice tempo should begin to pickup on the D-split, short pause.. and finish it with OH MY GOD ROOF DADDY!! pause.. A simple follow up 'WOW' at the end would have more impact.
