  1. I wish the team was playing well. Also this reporter talks like she’s eating at the same time

  2. Good for Borgen to get paid. However, the Rangers just gave 20 Million to a player who has only played 17 games with the Rangers and has less than 300 games in the NHL while also being 28 years old. The top 6 has been anemic with Mika and Kredier being a shell of themselves. The Panarin, Trocheck, Laf line does not seem to being playing with the same pace or trajectory that it was last year. This team has a lot of problems with it. I don't even understand what the goal is for this team? They can't and should not be still considered "Stanley Cup Contenders". So what are they doing?

I am not trying to sound negative, but this to me seems like Drury is trying save face with the fact that Kakko is outsourcing Laffy since the trade and is now producing. The Cap is expected to go up, but you can't say for sure that it's going to hit the 90 mil mark that Bettman thinks.

It seems like this team is destined to be a borderline playoff caliber team what does not help at all, all it does mean is a most likely 1st rd exit in the playoffs if they even make it, and a middle pack team when drafting.
