  1. I agree we need Danny B to be concise and make good deals, but I stand by Danny holding the chips if we get lowballed like previous GMs that you mentioned were.

    History from outside of Philly indicates to other GMs around the league that Philly will take bad deals when their GM is on the hot seat. The fanbase and Snider (May he RIP) were ravenous for a cup, and so this has been a stigma – no doubt we should allow consideration for this alone, no?

    The players are playing above the potential for the team this year due to Torts and the structure of game he aims for them to play, and as Danny said, once a respectable deal comes along (he seems to also be proactive about looking too) he would take it.

    I trust the man. Hes been here how long and STILL hasnt made a bad deal yet.
