   Why would Buffalo give up another Buffalo roster player, let’s say, after offering Byrum???

   They have 5 FIRST round dray AHL/European prospects, only a couple dozens games played.

   They have Kulich, who in between that…….on the Buffalo roster but hasn’t played much. Another 1st rounder.

   They have 5 other 2nd round prospects that haven’t played a single game in the NHL.

   They have all there draft picks.

   Make a trade for ONE roster player; like Byram……and draft picks and prospects. That’s it. Otherwise – no deal

   Sabres should call the Avs for Mitts & Zucker swap . Only because Zucker is a UFA at years end. And Sabres miss Mitts versatility. Center or wing in the top 6 . Hard pass on EP for me especially giving up on Cozens and Bo or even Power.

    Every GM knows how stupid keven adams is so they got another Elias Peterson on the team so they can scam the Sabres for that one instead. 200 iq move

    Pettersson is going to cost to much and bonuses are going to kick in next season. The Sabre's playoff hopes are down the drain at this point. I think they should do nothing until the right move comes along. I really don't think Pettersson is all that great. Don't believe he's an upgrade except in pay scale.

    Look at Pettersson's contract you'd think the guy was Pavel Bure. But I remember watching Pavel Bure and he was a threat every single shift, he was on fire every time he touched the puck. The only thing Pettersson threatens to do is put me to sleep 😴

    If the Sabres are sending a D to Vancouver i can see Bytam going, he is from BC played for the Giants in junior, would be a good fit aswell

    hawks lack finnish, rantanen is the perfect fit. imo chicago would gladly make mikko the highest paid player in the nhl if given the opportunity this upcoming july.
