  1. Where is that wing nut that says the wings cant win without Kane? Probably hanging out with the guy that says Larkin is not a good Captain. In grandmas basement rotating their roller blade wheels.

  2. Talbot is such a beast….. I thought the Wings did a great job limiting high danger chances, but Talbot was there when they needed him. A lot of commitment blocking shots as well. Huge shutout win against an offensive crybaby/juggernaut. Huge win boys, go Wings.

  3. Kasper is growing into quite a player, could be an excellent top-6 for years. He’s scoring, and is confident with the puck.

That confidence is contagious because Larks and Coach have that in spades.

  4. Gosh dang that was an ENORMOUS shut out. These are the kind of W's this team has failed to gut out for so long. What a great win. Could be a turning point for the team.

  5. Talbot was amazing tonight. That glove save early in the game and the split save towards the end were incredible. I'm really liking how much Todd is leaning on AJoh. He's been excellent lately and the pairing with Ed has been great. Although it's ridiculous he had to sit so much for Petry and Holl to keep playing. Raymonds stick handling lately has been amazing as well. This team is so frustrating and still need to improve 5 on 5 in terms of scoring.

  6. Few very dirty plays by Tampa in this one. That very late head hit on compher and the trip on ras both could have resulted in IR trips

  7. When it comes to standing on the shoulders of giants… in sports, it's like you're in rows on a rack; people's contributions and accomplishments are connected to each other in a different way that only means so much in the grand scheme of things; in the rest of life, it's more like being a quilt or a tower, with everything being interconnected or built on what is done by others or some combination of this.
