  1. Oilers have Buffalo, Detroit, and Seattle coming up. Vegas gets Dallas, Florida, and Dallas again. Could be an opportunity there…

  2. I don't care about the Washington game. If they could only pull off one of these three games, I'm glad it was this one.

  3. Good start and finish. Lines are working well . Skinner still can’t score. Leon a true winner and earns every contract dollar. Philp looking more comfortable, PodK looks great as well as Emerson. Garland got a little taste of what her deserves. PP learning to play without the 97 cheat code. KK put the final dagger in. Thanks for the rundown.

  4. i sure hope mcdavid signs again bit if he doesnt we do have drei.. who thinks mcdavid will resign?

  5. Hyman( 2 + 1 ) took off his mask and remembered that he could score without McDi.πŸ€ͺ Drei ( 1 + 2 ) is great as always πŸ˜‡ Let's go Oilers !

  6. Awesome update Buddy πŸŽ‰πŸ˜‚. Let's goπŸŽ‰. Cant wait till my boy Kane to meet up with soft ass Myer's. Drai let's go. MVP

  7. Go Senators Go Go Oilers Go.

Hope Edmonton Oilers will defeat Buffalo Sabres next to make it 27 teams defeated by Senators and Oilers in the 2024/2025 season combined.

  8. A very happy good afternoon from my Reha hospital for my golden last appearance to you Patrick and all Oilers !
Boys you make me very proud of you this night. As Patrick said we got all scalps we wanted!!! Great team performance for the captain, Drai as a leader, Hyman back on goal getting, Nuge with goal and great passing, Henrique as a striker also Kapanen with a nice double pass with the goalie! Go on Oilers it was a pleasure to see. Cheers from rainy Germany!πŸŽ‰β€

Still can't watch or listen to games while I wait for surgery. I couldn't post any numbers for Oilers on the PK as all Oilers Penalty minutes were coincidental and they're not broken out per se (while I could take the 5V5 numbers and substract the EV numbers and the PP numbers that's a lot of work so sorry, no PK TOI numbers (lol)).

General Opinion: This was an ass kicking with the Oilers toeing the posterior of Vancouver. They led 5-0 at the 32 minute mark. Corey Perry is the DUDE. The Dude you want on your team and dread if he's not. Lets just say he played the game this night (I mean a DDT to Quinn Hughes, come on and that was during a Garland Scrum too (and he was a bad boy with 2 penalties tonight) and everyone on the Canucks (and Oilers, and in the stands and watching or listening however you do that) knew it. Yes, Hyman 2 Goals and an assist. Leon a goal and 2 assists. That's great. Honestly that first goal by Hyman after the incredible backhand pass by Leon from basically the Oilers goal line to JUST in front of the Canucks Blue line was incredible. Ekholm made an exceptional pass to Henrique too for his wrap around and anyone who says Emberson didn't fight for the puck and win the fight before passing it to Kapanen is blind. Former Oilers Vincent Deharnais was a menace on the ice (for Vancouver) getting 3 penalties (at least one of which was scored on) and it wasn't a good night for him.

Few stat notes: Podkolzin: 6 HITS (led in hits) 2 Blocks, Nurse: 5 Hits, 2 Blocks, Hyman: 3 Blocks (had the most blocks for the Oilers). Nurse, Stecher, Perry, and Kapanen all had coincidental minor penalties. Vancouver ate 26 minutes (nearly 1/2 the game) in penalty minutes (of which 8 were coincidental). Oilers were 50% on the PP and since Vancouver had ZERO PP opportunities their PK was 100% (stopping all 0 power plays (lol)).

    Take care all

  10. Noah looking good out there kid, jeffy skinner the goals will come your flying when you get out there, Bouchard traded yet

  11. A little disappointed that Garland 'skated" away.
But, awesome game nevertheless. The bomber didn't give the puck away, nor he injured his own teammates.
    Life is good.
