If you cannot score, especially on the PP, and you cannot play defence, especially on the PP, then you cannot win games.
The Leafs have done this with other goalies, and they were not blamed.
So you cannot blame Hilbedy totally for the loss.
You would think with the Leafs knowing Hilbedy was in net, that they would play appropriately, but no, lets play a wide open game and leave Hilbedy all on his own.
I hope knies gets back in for Saturday. Woll will probably be in net unless they rather just play Murray since you'll still burn one if the 9 games even if he's only on the bench. I do think Murray is feeling more confident. But the risk of loosing him off waivers at some point isnt great. Penguins literally are sending Jarry down. There's a lot of teams hurting for goalies.
