The boys played really well last nite, and got the big reg W. Coach Arniel upset w his team lol, as coaches get. Shifts too long, some bad line-changes etc, like Coach T for Utah when that stuff happens w his club, those coaches really know their shirt, lol. Both teams made it really hard to get in scoring zones w the puck, especially 1st half of game. Barrett Hayton played a heckuva game, again, as Coach T said. The 3 – 4 homestand is below par, it made the playoffs a bit steeper climb. Utah took no penalties, wow. On to the next, a tough 3 gm trip with a bak2bak. GoUtahGo, hang tough stay with the program and go win a hockey game in Minnesota.
Hope ? It's the same as start of season, the playoffs unlikely but get in and stay in the playoff-team fight and that's where the team is. Weathering the D injuries is no small thing, and w 36 games to go it's all good.
Only way to break a curse is through blood. Tuna and Keller have bled for Delta Center and Utah. Hopefully this level of play and goal scoring stays for the rest of the season. Love to see our guys work hard and play harder.
