Hello everyone and welcome to another End to End Hockey video during the season, in this video we are talking about some more news and rumours as we start off by looking at 2 signings that happened over the last few days as Ottawa extended middle six RFA forward Ridly Greig to a 4 year extension to keep Greig with the Senators and Aston-Reese who signed in training camp was given a 1 year extension with CBJ as he has shown promise as a bottom six forward, then we look at some injury updates from the past little while as Tomasino in Pittsburgh, Walman in San Jose, Savard in Montreal and Gostisbehere in Carolina all return to game action and get back from their injuries but bad news to see guys like Lindgren, Ekblad, Kovalenko and Nichushkin all get injured and hopefully they won’t be out for a long period of time, then we look at some waivers updates as Ben Jones and Devin Shore in Minnesota, Gage Goncalves in Tampa, Marc McLaughlin in Boston and Erik Brannstrom in Vancouver were all placed on waivers and cleared and were sent down to the AHL, and then we also talk about some trade rumours as first I look at Buffalo as Lance Lysowski was talking about Cozens and he said that he is not hearing the Sabres shopping Cozens and instead the reason why Cozens is in the rumour mill is because teams are trying to get Cozens on a bargain, then we look at the Hurricanes as Frank Seravalli said with Tokarski doing well and Andersen skating again that maybe the Hurricanes turn away from the goalie market and instead target a skilled forward at the deadline, then we look at the Senators as Bruce Garrioch says that he is hearing the Senators are trying to move off of the Norris contract as it hasn’t worked out and they may look to get him a fresh start, then we look at Seattle as Friedman says the Kraken are trending toward being sellers this year and he has heard Bjorkstrand and Burakovsky names out there as potential trade chips for the Kraken and then we look at San Jose as David Pagnotta says that two names he has been hearing on the blueline that could be moved by the Sharks are young defender Ferraro and veteran Ceci and both could be moved and I would love to hear your thoughts on all that was discussed in today’s video down in the comments section below.
