Its hard to think this is a realistic rebuild when you say hire Munchak. Obviously he would be a great choice but hes not an option. He left pittsburgh to be near his grandkids in colorado and when the broncos let him go he never coached again. He has other priorities.
With all that said i commend you on all the work you put in. I may not agree with a lot of it but i reapect someone this early in the process putting in the time to figure out (mostly) legitamate moves the steelers could make. Theres numbers and thought put behind it all. (Except the munchak thing. I think that is lazy). I commend you for the overall effort.

Jeanty isnt falling to 21. 1st Rd I want either Egbuka to go with DK or Tyreek or whoever we trade for. Or a stud DB. JPJ causes lots of penalties and id like him as our #2. So id bring in a CB or use the 1st on that. Also in FA id grab an OL or 2 to replace Moore n add depth. And also add a DL n let Ogunjobi walk. Sign a LB to replace Preston Smith. Sign veteran QB to help Fields n Thompson develop. As much as i hate to say it we needta cut Connor Heyward. His Madden rating is always mid 60s, so he sucks at something. Sorry Cam, but we need a real FB. That can be the differenceof getting sacked on 3rd n long or getting a quality chip on a rusher enough to make a play.

Humble thought back A)This the one someone say dumb but crazy as sounds I daresay I be okay though if Pickens didn't end up getting traded. Yes a 3rd round pick is still a 3rd pick and yes it getting something back but unless I could get a team to fall for a 2nd round trade I risk just having him play out his contract B) Tomlin not afraid to repeat. So could see depending on how things are before draft day but not be surprised if Tomlin also really likes the Boise RB that Tomlin take another 1st rd RB pick stab so soon again. General overall of other RB options in a round, maybe Iowa RB Kaleb Williams. Now grant you I don't know if he sustained it thru the season, though his stat line shows a strong YAC, but one game commentary in his highlights mentioned how half his yrds at one point were after contact. I say that because shows even if the OL/run blocking run play-calling not improve much next season that Kaleb shown strong YAC talent C)Okay Ole Miss WR Tre Harris D) Highlight's are to take with grain of salt. Still such said what caught my eye with Milroe was the following, how well he seemed to throw on the run. Some QB they get wobbly throws, bad footwork, etc while trying to throw on the run, Granted much as my eyes amateur it looked like Milro though showed repeated solid fundamental to be a very proficient throw-on-the-run pass maker when forced to. E)One last little for fun sake. What about Jaxson Dart if he were there in such situation,or you assuming Dart would be gone way before then? I only mention it because well if you get Ole Miss WR Harris then how about a reunion with his college QB? haha Sure it didn't work out for Mason Rudolph-Washington but maybe this would be different. As I understand it Dart is also said to be mobile and with a good strong arm too though.
