He is a wonderful example that great talent – combined with hard work, can and will succeed even in smaller frames! The fact he scores many of his goals outside the zone, shows how much he has improved his shot. Which is nowadays on NHL top level – accuracy, velocity and timing, combined with small positional changes overwhelm many goalies. Very smart player.
