Awwwh staal 🙁
sad to see him go but it had to be done
Brandon Sutter 3rd? No that would be NEAL! Unless the Penguins acquire Parise!
Announcer was referring to depth at center.
#1 Crosby (or Malkin)
#2 Malkin (or Crosby)
#3 Sutter
Neal plays LW or RW.
Sutters numbers are better than Stalls. As much as i like Stallzy, Sutter is going to be a good fit in
Pitt. Neal is a winger and should stay one. He feeds off the center.
Did you even watch the Neal-Malkin-Kunitz line at all last year?
Do you even watch the Penguins? Neal is a winger that will play on the first or second line.
I was referring to the point that he can SCORE you twit! And better than Jordan as well. As for center, the Pens got Sutter. The Caps needed to open up cap space. They needed defense. Also a backup good for Fleury. And if the Pens get Parise, trading Staal was MORE than worth it!
They just signed Vokoun, and the announcers were referring to the centers.
great trade
I meant they can SCORE!! Also Staal was a center who sometimes played winger.
yeah, by scoring ability, Neal is #3, but the announcers weren't referring to scoring ability, they were referring to center depth.
Pouliot was a bad pick
As a Pen's fan, the trade was great because of Dumoulin, but selecting Pouliot is just irritating when looking back. They could have gotten Forsberg, Teravainen, Trouba, or even Grigorenko. But of course, hindsight is 20/20.
2:51 Yeah, that would've been the better way to go…
Morrow and Pouliot. The best Penguins pairing of all time.
