Not really a Cup contender with their habit of taking lots of games off.
The AVS are not a Western finalist or Cup contender their inconsistent play one game play horrible the next their not playing their best hockey or playing with high energy they got three months they need to pick it up they will be watching the playoffs on their big screen TV

As currently constructed, they're not a contender. At this point they should trade Mikko to the East to get a decent forward and some depth and hope for the best in the playoffs. We won't win anything in the playoffs as is and most likely lose him in the off season, which would be the worst case scenario.
Blackwood was legit. Gave the Avs a chance when the overall effort should have resulted in a blow out.
