Please welcome Lyle Odelein !! Such a crazy story about his insane, medical emergency when he had 3 major organ transplants performed on the same day! A 16 NHL veteran and Stanley Cup Champion with the Montreal Canadians. He holds the current Hab’s record for most assists in a single game by a defensemen – 5. (co-holds the record with Doug Harvey & Sheldon Souray) Was the very 1st Team Captain of the Columbus Blue Jackets.

    That he got in 1000 games? Only knew his HAB career…. the quintessential plumber. 1000 ? never would have guessed.
    The jumping cactus??? WTF??? And that illness? That hospital bill must have been 7 figures. NHLPA insurance ???

  9. Wow this is the first I am hearing about this, so thank you for bring this to peoples attention. Loved lLyle on the Canadians back when I watched hockey (before Betman ruined it). So glad he is here to tell us this story. Hope the good Lord continues to look after you.
