Billy Jenkins started his junior hockey career in St. Catharines with the Niagara IceDogs. On December 4th, 2015 he returned to Niagara to face-off against the Brock Badger hockey team. In the process he got the game winning to give the Lakehead Thunderwolves a 3-2 win.
