    Talbot wasn’t tracking the puck in very well on every shot. I know it seems trivial but its one of the most important things goalies should do in warm up.

    Wait? Warmup isn't meant to try to score on your own goalie and ruin his confidence before the game starts? I need to have a word with every beer league teammate I've ever had.

    Question for a future Q&A: Do you have/use any mental tricks during a game to keep focused and avoid negative thoughts that might affect your performance?

    I don't know about any of the other goalies in the comments, but I HATE when shooters are coming in 2 on 0 and make me stretch out to make a save in the warm-up… Then they'll be mad that I didn't make an effort to make a save. I'm trying to get warm, not destroy my groin, thanks… Just a heads up for any shooters reading this, don't do that to your 'tendy!

    Man, if only warmups at beer league looked like that. More often then not when I step into net guys will want to go straight to blasting shots 5 feet away and practicing breakaways lol
