  1. Friedman and Dreger have never played any professional sport but they know how to ruin players. if you constantly talk about a player getting traded you don't think that plays on the players mind. guys imagine if everyone spoke about how terrible you were and how you be fired how would you sleep at night.

  2. JT not the main issue , and 80% on the team underperformed and should take blame too , if we want to trade JT we might as go on firesale and go on rebuilding process

  3. NHL owners should do the honorable thing and hold a charity game for the children of Ukraine given the revenue the owners will earn when Ovechkin breaks Gretzky's record and the propaganda victory that Putin and Russia will receive from it.

  4. Live in Vancouver and if they trade Miller and keep Peterson….. I'm done with the Canucks. This owner wants a WOKE team instead of a winner.

  5. Don't know why Pettersson skates away with no blame.
No, blame the guy who is trying to give him a richly deserved kick in the ass.
Pettersson is being paid top 10 in the league and is currently sitting 116th in league scoring.

  6. Rangers fan here – what is going on out there? Our two teams always seem to cross paths – thoughts on a Mika for Miller swap? Sounds like both guys have some issues bothering them and their game. At least from my POV, Mika looks shot and lacks confidence. He still is a fantastic skater and had one of the best shots in the league. He and Kreider have some relationship that hampered Mika’s game IMO. Good luck Canucks faithful!

  7. I guess Im one of the few who thinks we should keep Miller. Why is he being singled out so hard? All teams have spats, they just don't have the toxic media that we do being an absolute cancer to their team and beating it to death. A couple months ago JT was a hometown hero with fans chanting his name non-stop. Now we are just giving up on him? I get that the team is struggling but trading one of our best players, a 100 point player is not going to make us better, especially considering you KNOW we are going to get hosed on whatever deal we take. Unless we are getting an elite defenseman this is a completely stupid idea.

  8. Gotta see how Pettersson responds without Miller there. If he continues to slump you got a window to trade him wherever.

  9. There is NO reason for the Canucks to play this inconsistent except injuries, such as EP40. If you have other, personal reasons like Miller, don't come back until you are ready. This is on the coaches. But: If it is all about Miller's behaviour and attitude: Miller needs to tone the eff down and accept that EP40 is the number 1 centre. Get on his redneck knees, pray that they will keep him, and also work hard every game. Like EP does. With humility. Save the anger for all other teams. Be useful.

  10. After watching what Miller did to the soilers last night, the Canucks would be making a massive blunder in getting rid of him.

I think it's clear from anyone who watched that game that EP40 doesn't want to be there. He didn't show up in the playoffs when it mattered MOST and he most certainly didn't show up last night either. What's the excuse?? His knees are sore, he broke a fingernail?

If I didn't know any better, I'd swear he aspired to play for EDM and not the Canucks.
