I fully expected a game like this to happen soon and there we have it. Habs have just been overcomplicating plays way too much and making too many bad passes that end up in a broken play going the other way. Newhook especially is trying to be way too fancy without the skill to back it up.
Doesn’t help that Woll shut it down and we were on the wrong side of some poor officiating but it just exemplified a crucial thing the Habs need to work on.

Choice of goalie lost the game. Leafs always play hard in MTL and they win most of the time , and vica versa when Habs play in Toronto
