samberg was key to the jets early season success. they immediately started suffering as soon as he blocked that shot.

I look Chevy's lack of moves to stabilize the 2C position and top 4 D as holding this team back. And there is too much reliance on loyalty and friendships, instead of being ruthless to make the hard, but necessary hockey moves. He has a HOF goaltender, and he tries to look for bargain bin deals that just fill holes, instead of making making a consequential deal to put this team over the top. And by the way, with all the trades and drafts, the team has 3 playoff series wins in over a decade with just the one deep run in 2018. And after that season, that was the time to double down and take some swings. Instead, he went back to status quo.
And in terms of Samberg, he may be the unsung hero, but he's also the only major draft pick that's become a regular on the Jets in the past 7 years. That says a lot about the development of our prospects.

Man I watch your videos and your all over the place I’ve heard you say Chevy has to got to go numerous times your videos when we miss playoffs or get eliminated first round. But then when the jets do good you regular season you praise him.. I’ve Mai gained for the last 5 yrs he has to go extreme lack of concern for defence and goes for forwards and doesn’t adress centre, heinola a bust, Stanley a bust

Get a 2nd line Center like a Kadri,Cozens I'm not a fan of Nelson and I like Dach but he's always injured but only 23yrs old. Other guys JTMiller/Pettersson,Gourde,Granlund,Zabinijad ect don't see waiving or signing/fit.
Defence it doesn't look like Miller,Heinola,Salmonsson,Fluery,Stanley are top 4 d even next season so make a trade package and aquire a Pulock,Sanheim,Byram,Provorov,Parayko,Ristolainen,Schneider,Anderson.To Stableize top 4 let someone else overpay 7m for Pionk.
Things I'd give up if a player is young with RFA like Byram,Cozens,Schneider I'd give Lambert/Freijs or Salmonsson/Lucius. I get oh these guys are 20/21yrs old have potential Schneider/Byram/Cozens are 23 only 2-3yrs older I rather have the what someone is already proven than potential or wait. Our time to win with this core Connor,Scheifele,Morrissey,Hellebuyck,Lowry is now I don't mind trading prospects for other young talent just few years older.
If it's older players UFA maybe a 1st/2nd/3rd or players like Iafallo,Stanley,Barron,Heinola.
Untouchable prospects Chibrikov,Yager.
The JETS are a top team because of the strong play on defense and the special teams. Samburg is a huge part of it. GO JETS GO!

I beleive the jets need to try to acquire a more experienced back up goalie. Comrie isn’t bad bud if they want a solid play off run they can have Hellebuyk bail them out
