NHL Trade Rumours: 6 teams want Canucks Center’s, Penguins open for business plus more rumours.
Hello everyone and welcome to another End to End Hockey video during the season, in this video we are talking about some more news and rumours as we start off by looking at a signing that happened over the last few days as Minnesota signed UFA goalie Dylan Ferguson to a 1 year deal to finish the season as the teams 3rd or 4th string goalie, then we look at some injury updates from the past little while as Zetterlund in San Jose, Hronek in Vancouver, Daccord in Seattle and Middleton in Minnesota all return to game action and get back from their injuries but bad news to see guys like Kreider, Malkin, Monahan and Marchment all get injured and hopefully they won’t be out for a long period of time, then we look at some waivers updates as Dylan Ferguson in Minnesota and Daniel Sprong in Seattle were both placed on waivers and cleared and were sent down to the AHL, and then we also talk about some trade rumours as first I look at Buffalo as Frank Seravalli recently put Jack Quinn on his trade bait board and after a slow start, the Sabres could consider moving him as a potential trade candidate to get someone back, then we look at the Penguins as Josh Yohe believes the Penguins will move on from Marcus Pettersson with Edmonton and Vancouver being potential landing spots and then Friedman has said the Penguins are open to moving lots of players on their team and could be bust in the next few months, then we look at the Islanders as Frank Seravalli was talking recently and said that two teams who may be the front runners when it comes to pending UFA forward Brock Nelson could be Minnesota and Vancouver and then we look at Vancouver as Pierre LeBrun on insider trading said that the Hurricanes may be one of the teams in the market for Elias Pettersson after having trade discussions last year, David Pagnotta said that he has heard 6 teams have checked in on the Canucks forwards including Boston, Buffalo and Minnesota and Friedman said that one of the reason the Miller-Zibanejad Trade didn’t go through was because the Canucks wanted Schneider and the Rangers weren’t doing that and I would love to hear your thoughts on all that was discussed in today’s video down in the comments section below.
