This game was so fun to watch. End to end action. Oilers were so good defensively they looked playoff ready and we are only in January. Incredible performance from the team. Drais was physical and great on faceoffs. You need that. Bouch lit up the lamp. But in the offense zone Oilers just dominated the game, the Avs looked beat.
Oilers were fortunate tonight and found a way to win in spite of themselves. PP was awful, couldnât finish early, couldnât stop a puck early. Then Kulak knew what most of the team didnât- just get the shot high and on the net. Fortunate bounce to McDavid, and Bouchard gets his tires pumped again.
âThey donât get raddledâ is very accurate. The team is calm, cool and collected and just get the job done. Best coach weâve ever had. Letâs go get that cup this year!!!
After going down three goals on eight shots was brutal to watch, but they found a way to win. Question is do they burn out before the playoffs start and lose in the first round like a lot of top teams seem to do.
