Eddie, for those of us who've been around from the beginning-let alone the early 2000s-I'm hoping the front office remembers the incredible hype/the incredible possibilities we had when a series of injuries literally knocked our team down and out for some years. I still remember the names and the hopes and when they went down, it was easy to just walk away as the Kings were basically DOA. Chychrun-chickie-boom-is injury prone and we've already got a couple of those. I don't care if he was 6'6"/250lbs. Once they go down, there's a timeclock ticking against them. I believe in Blakey and have forgiven him for selling us out when he ran over/up (?) to Colorado. Hey, most X-Kings had to leave L.A. to win the Stanley Cup! So now I simply respect he and Luc in their efforts to rebuild and create a winner. Considering how the original Kings team was built, I wouldn't be surprised if jack*** had used the yellow pages to find his geriatrics. So I cried when watching the highlights against the Penguins. I really thought they'd get blown out in this game. They actually played like a team, let the 'hot hand' run away from the opponent and prett ymuch looked out for their goaltender. You were right, this might've been their best game in a long time! Keep up the great work – Go Kings!

I'd roll the dice with any other prospect or if Byfield has to be part of the deal I would do it.
Spence maybe too.
But I really like his game.

Chyckruns NMC kicks in after this season. I think that's why the urgency now to trade him. After this season Chyckrunt has full control on where he goes and Arizona's hands are tied.
I'm sure this summer Chyckrun will take what he can get and probably approve any trade partner, but Arizona is trying to get it done before the summer.
