The NHL should be as afraid of the Jets as they apparently are of your content giving them free advertising, before stopping being afraid of better marketing than they can come up with.
Jets have been a bit inconsistent of late, losing several games they really should have won (poor Comrie hasn't gotten a W since November 1st, despite putting up better than .900 sv% in 4 of those 7 games), and winning a few they probably didn't deserve, but even still, they've set up camp at the top of the league and haven't left the neighborhood at any point yet. We'll see how the rest of the season shakes down, but for now I'm enjoying the view and giggling at the preds fan who told me at the start of the year that Minni and Winni are frauds…
The Jets have patiently developed the core four of Scheifele, Helly, Connor, and Morrisey. Throw in secondary scoring from the likes of Villardi, Ehlers, and Pionk, a lot of speed and skill there. If they add a capable 2C, I like their chances!

Winnipeg is one of those teams where even if you give their team tons of respect their fans will always accuse you of overlooking them bc they have noticed that there are teams in big population centers/big media markets that people pay attention to. And I have yet to figure out how weâre supposed to fix this problem for them.
