From Moscow to Minnesota, Marat Khusnutdinov was busy in his first offseason with the Wild. In this episode of Becoming Wild, presented by Toyota, meet the people who made it possible for Marat to go from roller skating pads and a bike helmet on a sheet of ice in Zelenograd, Russia to playing full time in the NHL in St. Paul, Minnesota. Plus, see how he has gotten to know the State of Hockey and its ever so passionate fans.

This man reminds me of Sergie Zholtok l. His looks and work ethic
Marat would flourish with an elevated role. His linemates have been Shore and Jones and they haven't scored a single point all year.
What a fucking hoot that guy
You can tell from his humble, working class parents that they made huge sacrifices for their son to make his dreams come true! Minnesota chose another solid young man to represent the State of Hockey. Keep working hard on and off the ice and take care of your family Marat! Go Wild!
He has good skills and think he will find his footing in the league bye the end of this season or next. Once he gets placed with higher skilled players, he will shine.
Been loving that speed! Hopefully he ends up a line that clicks a bit better.
Love Marat's skating ability. It's world class elite.
with Minnesota Wild 💚
From Russia with Love! Nice work) Марату привет от всей съемочной группы из России!
Impressed from the get-go. Big speed and high ice IQ. Serious 007 skills. Go MK!
Hope he plays his entire NHL career in MN
Я живу в калифорнии но когда проезжаю Миннесоту всегда как то тело на душе. Напоминает мне Сибирь с ее природой и любовью к хоккею
We gotta get him with some better line mates. The kids got skill!!
Call me for your fishing guide next time.
Hopefully with the Wild for years to come!
Марат, удачи!❤
Russia is a terrorist state.
Hilarious how his workout drink after running is a Coke.
I’m a jets fan and I can tell you when wild played here last month he was the most dangerous player besides kirill. He’s gonna be a good player in the league once those pucks start going in. Tenacity and drive are high. I like what he brings .
Need to bring the boys to Lake of The Woods in Warroad Minnesota!
