We’ll we’ll we’ll, looks like the Flames just got steamrolled by the Blues tonight 1. A blowout in every sense of the word…don’t let the score fool you, it could’ve been 5-1 if it weren’t for Vladar flopping around like a fish outta water. Honestly, I’d take Skinner over Vladar any day, and don’t even get me started on Wolf. He’s out here making every goalie in the league look like a Hall of Famer.
I’m sorry, Calgary, but if that’s how you’re gonna perform against a team like the Blues, you can start making your summer vacation plans now. Playoffs? Not happening. You’re gonna get buried in the standings, especially after you play them again Thursday. If you couldn’t beat them at home, what hope do you have?
Meanwhile, the Oilers are off to Minnesota tomorrow. We’ve got McDavid, Draisaitl, and a whole squad ready to remind the league who’s boss. Calgary’s just out here dreaming of the playoffs while we’re living it, folks.
