    Nothing brings me more satisfaction than for Kevin O'Connor to bring on basketball guests whose fanbases he has ridiculed to the utmost degree of petty haterism.

    But again, that's what makes him a good journalist because he doesn't shy away from being wrong when it is warranted. and the dude knows his basketball.

    The KOC impossible challenge: compliment Sabonis' game without mentioning his flaws. Does he do this with other players? Does he always go out of his way to mention that Jaylen Brown can't dribble with his left hand when talking about the Celts? Does he make sure to tag the end of every single Luka praise with pointing out how embarrassing his defense is? It's like he can't ever say something good about Sabonis and just leave it at that. He always always always has to throw in a subtle or not so subtle dig: "he's a good player; he's a great player SOMETIMES". Nice backhand. Technically every great player is only great sometimes, Jaylen and Luka have plenty of off games — but do we go out of the way to state that fact about those players, though? Sabonis is the most consistent never-takes-plays-off players in the league. A double-double (and triple-double) machine who's going to lead the league in rebounding for the third year in a row. But oh wait, since he had one bad playoff series (while playing with a broken thumb), the vast majority of national nba talking heads talk about him like he's lucky to be in the starting line up on an NBA team.

    KOC still so smug. Thinks he’s some sort of genius for saying Sabonis isn’t perfect at everything. I really liked Morgan’s point that EVERY PLAYER has a weakness and he doesn’t feel the need to constantly point those out.

    Their problem is the shooters are so inconsistent, Keegan Murray is so inconsistent aswell and Huerter, they'll be alright if they have a knockdown shooter like Gary Matthews or AJ Green

    Sabonis is top 10 in MVP ladder every year since traded to Sacramento. And the physicality he plays with is 2nd to none.

    I have a very close friend I argue with constantly, because he says “Sabonis sucks,” and “I hate Sabonis.” He’s just like KOC. And he’s a Kings fan!

    I don't remember Kevin saying anything that was that far off base about Sacramento. If he thought we should keep Mike Brown then that is very far off base but everyone in Sacramento media also thought that
