  1. Tip #1 NEVER do it alone in the water! Only ever with a trained partners. Static apnea can be very dangerous and if done wrong, even deadly. At Competitions, nobody uses weights and nobody uses masks. If you‘re interested, please contact a diving instructor who specializes in freediving. Don‘t trust random information on the internet. I‘m sure this guy means well but this information right here is very dangerous.

  3. A couple of days ago i was racing my cousins across my pool and stayed underwater the entire time until i reached the steps to enter the pool
    I didn’t surface the entire time and when i reached the steps i didn’t feel any pain in my chest and it became very easy to not breathe while underwater
    Was i drowning myself or is that normal?
