Leon goes down a little easy and sells it flailing his arms, but why is Stenlund even making that play (clearly to try push Draistaitl out of the way of the breakout … arms fully extended on the push with the stick parallel to the ice). Bit of soft penalty, but probably deserved.
See the rule is you can't hit and hold when the puck is no where around. Especially if the player you trip, hold up etc. is trying to join the rush. Making it look unintentional doesn't matter.
It’s interference. Drai was off balance and the push/cross check was pretty high so it makes sense he went down. This seems to contribute to how easy he went down.
Dnt like the sell job, rather see him keep his feet moving and sell it that way. Was interference though, and with the lack of calls from the refs(both ways) I can see why the players really want to sell it.
I mean, it is interference, though contact was significantly softer that half the stuff they let go in the playoffs, so I'm ok with it either way, whether they call it or not, BUT if they do call it, then you have to call that ridiculous dive on Draisaitl. That's a 12/10 level embellishment on 2/10 level contact. I miss when they used to fine players for embellishment…

Was there a sniper in the building?

Dive by Drai. Looking like a Panther with that one….

I think you might have spelled "embellishment" wrong.
