Leevi Merilainen stopped all 30 shots he faced to earn his first career NHL shutout, Shane Pinto found the back of the net twice and Claude Giroux added three assists to help the Ottawa Senators blank the Pittsburgh Penguins 5-0.

Ha ha! Pennsyltucky gets blanked at home against stinky OtterRot. Two teams going nowhere. LET’S GO DEBS!!!
The Penguins need to trade the rat.
This was the worst Performance I've ever watched as a Fan from the Penguins! How can you play such a Game 🤬🤷♂️🤦♂️
джери ДЫРКА я знал!!! ужас когда его уберут уже

Not a single highlight from the 3rd, damn.
YALL HAVE BEEN HATING ON JARRY. NOW HATE ON NED.
Питсбург😢😢😢😢😢😮
9:56 interesting, Zub is apparently chirping Buntin while at home with a broken foot, amazing commentary
Nice win by the Senators, But boy that was 1 hella quiet crowd. Kyle Dubas how's he working out for ya?
Well, one positive thing if you're Penguins fan attending this game – at least you got a Jagr bobblehead. You could probably auction it off and recoup the money lost watching this game….
Let’s go sens!!!!!!
Funny that commentator said right before the call was announced "come on, Justin" and the ref still said the call stands😂
5-3 win over the oilers. 5-0 loss to the Senaturds. How does that happen?
Sid came out of no where 5:19
The Jagr bobblehead was the star of the game for The Penguins.🙄
Ottawa is a tough team to figure out. They win six in a row then go 1-5-1 and then come out with a game like this and shut down the best power play in the league. They apparently have more shutouts than any team in the league, and also have the best winning percentage of any team when they score first. Of course, they probably also have one of the worst winning percentages when they don't score first. Now they are home to play Dallas tomorrow. Since Dallas is playing in Montreal tonight I wonder how they will choose to travel. Once a plane takes off, a flight from Montreal to Ottawa is pretty short, but when you factor in time spent at the airport going through security, they might decide taking a bus is the better option. It is definitely cheaper.
Sens need to waive Foursberg and keep Merilainen in the net while Ullmark recovers. Big difference on how they play in front of each goalie.
