Fraley: I like that he's an OL guy… He can come in and lay a foundation. The lack of play calling doesn't bother me so much, because I think we could pair him with someone that will do what MM wants.
Brown: Sounds like Brown has just had sh*t luck with two bad teams. My fear with him is we succeed and then he bounces as you've discussed with good OCs throughout the league.
Kubiak: I don't think he leaves NO. I agree that Aaron Glenn will probably get the Saints' gig and allow Kubiak to do his thing.
Guys I'd like to see interviewed: McCown, Kafka and Pederson. I like how you mentioned it will be a BIG broad search. Let's get it right!!!
Always love your videos and insight, Rob! You may have done so, but I haven't seen you comment on Frank Reich. He's a guy who had a lot of success with Indianapolis even when they had a poor offensive line, and likely won't have another opportunity to be a head coach. What do you think of Frank Reich for the Hawks?
I like that Fraley comes from Detroit and Campbell’s culture and Ben Johnson’s offense. His players love him. Grubb was an O line coach in his past too, but Fraley played it in the NFL
I would be willing to be Seahawks OC on the condition they extend Geno for 25 years and purchase some high quality traffic cones to direct defensive lineman away from him.
Good thoughts. Brown is interesting, at least with background. I'm most curious on how much the bears offense reflecfs on him, or if he is able to wash his hands of that. Maybe get back his name joining the Hawks. Definitely some interesting options, cant wait to see more!
You say the Seahawks should not draft milroe at 18, guess what I bet you the raiders want pass up on him at 7, he is the third rated quarterback in this class, my boy got Lamar Jackson written all over him, if you ask me I think he is the best quarterback in this draft class , sleep on him like all the teams did Lamar Jackson, I said way back in that draft they are making a big mistake along with Randy moss draft, I know Iam right about milroe, I don't care what the critics about him say
Totally out of left field question but do you know why Byron Leftwich has fallen out of the NFL the last couple years. I know his last year as OC at Tampa wasn’t great but it’s weird that a guy with a Super Bowl is gone completely
Get rid of Geno, Kenneth Walker and DJ Metcalf and use the draft capital and cash you can save to build this team correctly! Sam Howell is a forgotten QB who has more skills than any of the QB's that are in the draft. Make sure you remember this franchise is a business and don' t mortgage the future for a pipe dream. Sam can be the bridge QB for this team no matter who you get for the OC position. Forget hurt feelings and go do your job!! With a fair chance and quality coaching Sam could be the QB of the future! He is still very young!
SCHNIDER DOES NOT HPW TO FIX THE OFFENSIVE LINE SO HE NEEDS TO HIRE A TO O/C AND LET HIM HAVE TOTAL CONTROL OF THE AREA INCUDING THE DRAFT AND FREE AGENCY CHOICES. BASICALLY HE GIVES HIM WHATEVER HE NEEDS TO BE SUCCESSFUL.
Rob, sometimes I wish I could win the Powerball lottery, buy the bloody team, and make you the GM! Would insist on picking up this guy though, don't mean to beat a dead horse, but WTF were the Seahawks thinking? … https://youtu.be/CCeHXCqvZmE?si=fgkdNzJHcLyBOiJn
When I hear a O Line coach as DC I just hear 'big strong line and beat people up; 🙂 and then you look at him. I'm not calling audibles at line if he's my gaffa…..i'm doing exactly what he says

Open the checkbook for Doug P. Enough with these young hotshots who had lunch once w/ McVay but have no play calling experience.
So far I am a fan of the interviews. I’m intrigued with Farley. Part of a creative offense that features two RB.
Kubiak is also intriguing, he had a high octane offense to start the year before injuries.
Fraley and Brown could be intriguing options.

Nice work Rob.

Thanks, Rob!
Same problem every year..fire jonh the GM.. he is the problem.
Great coverage. Thanks, Rob!

Thank you for giving the rundown Rob

Marcus Bradley the passing game coordinator for the chargers sounds like an interesting candidate.
Just m Harbargh connection with a nice resume
How bout we get Bill Belichick for OC?!

So tired of going for coordinators that havent had succesful play calling in the nfl. Its what i disiked most about the pete carol era
Happy to see we are getting serious about this run game. Looking at an o-line coach and running back coach 🎉

My personal favorite is David Shaw, he has ties to Jim Harbaugh who I think will be on the same page as MM
Your background pictures are 🔥
Brown would not be bad. Look what he did with a rookie QB and a sieve for an OL. Put him in a stable environment and he may flourish.

My Heart says Chip Kelly after OSU wins the Natty My mind is thinking Clint Kubiak
Just a thought, but maybe there’s someone Leslie Frazier is close to from decade upon decade experience
nice
We probably need a guy who’s not a first time play caller but when you say Lions OLine coach I immediately start paying attention 😂😂❤❤
I don’t wanna hear anymore “Drew Allar” draft talk. Dude is an absolute DONKEY!

Thanks for the update
