I like Green, but I dislike how emotionless he is when things are heated. Im sure he wants to settle the hysteria but sometimes it comes off as if he cares less than the fans do.

Green's dedicated approach to presenting "business as usual" every time his team is down doesn't read as calm in the face of pressure — you can tell that he is annoyed. "We have a meeting every day…" giving the same vibes as "stick to our game" when they're down 4-nothing.
I get what Green is trying to do with this business-as-usual shtick, but I think now is the time to start showing some emotion to the fan base. His team quit last night against a last place team. He should be furious.
