Other than Reichel and sometimes Bedard or Nazar, Way way too many times we get red line, dump puck, goalie stops puck to their d- men and we give up possession free. Reichel, Nazar get the puck in O-zone off the rush but then more times than not elect not to shoot when they have the opportunity, but dish puck to wingers where we lose can lose possession again. Wish we had more players that skate the puck in off the rush, get off a quality shot and crash net for rebound. Or carry puck in deep, then go low to high to the point, then get a shot off, then crash net. Love Dickensons overall game but his propensity to fight hard in d-zone to get puck out, get to red line, then dump puck and giveaway possession is killing us. He’s not the only one. Bert, Hall, Teuvo do same thing. Safe play to make but it’s a huge reason Hawks are one of worst teams in shot attempts, shots on goal, and goals scored in league. We do OK on PP, why?….cause we can get puck into the O-Zone with possession better vs 5v5

Big Lou has been really solid since being up. I wouldn't sleep on him. He can be a decent third line defenseman for a long time
