The Vancouver Canucks just lost to the Washington Capitals 2-1 in Overtime. Pierre-Luc Dubois with the winner in OT, Quinn Hughes was great setting up Conor Garland to tie up the game. Logan Thompson made some nice saves as well. We talk about this game in the video.

I agree 100% I seen that play & instantly said that's interference or Roughing but the NHL Refs Suck this year well more than most years
I echo what you said Glazerman, Myers is terrible for decision making, and moving the puck, he is always dumping the puck out instead of making a good pass to a team mate and is constantly taking bad penalties. just terrible
This formula is based off of when we had isn cole n big Z. The defense doesn't work like last season without these pieces. I'm not saying get them back but pieces need to be found
After Wilson laid out Garland at the end of the 3rd I was really hoping to see Garland score the winner and skate by the box with his old stare down.

Myers is a liability. He should not be allowed to cross opposition blue line…what is he even doing playing in OT
Honestly its so insanely infuriating watching the officiating.
Hughes getting called for…..getting illegally hit
Myers getting high sticked no call
Laink getting interfered with, no call
Garland being interfered with behind the play, no call
Garland's stick being clearly held and tucked into defender for 5+ seconds without puck nearby, no call
Wilson not getting called for instigating
PDG getting called for tripping on a clean hit
Nucks looked better throughout the game. They got robbed a lot and bailed out by their goalie. If we had a few more defenders who were aware of plays and prevented breakaway level chances, we'd be in the same sit as the caps. Oh well.
Need Petterson back. Need Hronek back.
Biggest thing. In OT Canucks need to change to 3 forwards.

Sherwood Sasson Suter (Suter in defensive position)
And mix in some Hog or Blueger as needed.
At least until Hronek is back and can take OT 2/3 line.
I guess OT loss #10 still hasn't convinced coach to change the formula. What was it one famous person said? The definition of insanity is to do the same thing and expect different results? If it ain't working, CHANGE it! I don't care who they put out in OT, just not the same 3 guys who keep losing game after game. Put Lankinen, Silovs, and Demko out there.

Poor Hughes must be hurting playing defense all by himself. Tbf though, Soucy didn't have a bad game and had a real important block. Desharanais almost put it in his own net at one point, which is something I'm kind of learning is normal with this guy.
