  1. Regarding the title change: Even as a local I like the name change, just looks nice and clean. Plus like others said I can either catch highlights without the score being spoiled or I usually already know the score going into the video.

  2. Only change I'd make steve is putting the game number back at the start of the title, something like "LFR18 – Game 42 – Flyers vs Maple Leafs Recap – Wolladelphia" as it makes scrolling through videos much easier to track continuity!

    Cheers

  3. Even if Steve doesn’t put it in the title he announces if they won or lost first thing after the intro. What’s the difference?

  4. I have notifs on for you and tried to watch the game this morning as I missed the back half yesterday. The new titles are a huge help, Steve! Thanks!

  5. I liked the titles the old way, seemingly in the minority on that in the comments. I feel like the title of the video and thumbnail often gives the winner of the game away anyway and you say the score in the first minute of the video anyway. When I miss a game, I still can't really avoid seeing the result, so the title isn't much of a spoiler, but I like to be able to easily refer to the final score in the video title as I'm watching the LFR (esp for games I didn't get to watch). I'll still be watching every LFR regardless of how they're titled, so my ultimate take is do what you think is best 😀

  6. I watch following the game so it’s good either way, I already know the score. But I really watch for your take on the game which is always satisfying. Like this one and your comments about Dewar, Tavares, Marner, McMann, Timmins. You’re right on, but not over the top. Your comments reflect your humility, which is often lacking in the media.

  7. I liked hearing steve say this is the best version of mitch he has seen 😂 because that's exactly what i said would happen this year….

While steve and so many other "hockey fans" were on the get mitch out of T.O band wagon in the off season.

I defended him and tried to get people to stop automatically putting the blame on marner when hes literally the most important part of this team

actually, i remember saying, that I was so confident that he would stay this year and have the best season of his career that i would of bet 100$ against anyone who felt different 😅 to bad no one accepted my bet 😔 i could of made good money 🤑🤑

Mitch will walk this off season and it will be because of the horrible way media and "fans" have treated him, mark my words.

He will have an absolutely beauty of a season and then he will hit free agency because t.o will low ball him and he will be gone.

  8. I will say, without the score in the title I end up clicking to watch to see what happened rather than seeing the score and filling in a narrative in my head and thinking, 'do I want to watch this?' I would say leave it for a bit more and see if you get better numbers after a significant sample size.

  9. As a Brit, I catch up with highlights the next morning, then I watch the game that evening.
Every morning, I put youtube on looking through my fingers because the LFR is always the first thing to come up(of course 😉😂), and I want to watch the highlights without knowing the score. Then I watch the LFR 😂
Please!! 🙏 keep it spoiler free!
    With love from England 😚

  10. No big deal either way, but I have so used to it games already over long before the LFR goes up so idk

  11. It's a good thing Reaves was put in this game! He did soooooo much! So many big hits! So many fights! Wow!

  12. I get what Timmins wanted to do in that play because he’s back in the line-up and wants to make significant play. But in case when you have 4 options, you need to AT LEAST CHOOSE ONE OF THEM!!

  13. Cant owen shoot-it haha. On the other hand…Reaves didnt even want to fight..time to retire

  14. Most hockey fans (like me) have game notifications sent to their phone, so I honestly don’t care if the score is in the title because I already know it, even if I’m not watching. Although I’m an Ontario-based Leaf fan, I have other commitments some evenings that prevent me from seeing many of the games. I watch LFR regardless of whether I see the game or not – win or lose – because it’s always entertaining watching Steve do his thing!
