Puck don’t lie… In one of the worst-officiated games of the season, the Ducks managed to end 2024 with a bang, beating the Devils 3–2. Dostal stood on his head, Terry delivered a knuckle-puck goal, and Strome ripped the game-winner—while chaos erupted on and off the ice. Despite struggles on the power play and some no-calls, this game had it all: grit, drama, and some stellar performances. Could this Ducks team finally be turning a corner?     Cam Fowler has been my favorite Duck since Teemu and seeing him gone makes me sad. I know all the reasons why he was traded and I wasn’t surprised by it. Watching him at the Winter Classic have one of his best games was so cool. Wish him all the best and he’ll be a Duck for Life.

    Great game. Glad to see our boys still fighting even if the game looks bleak. Great way to start the new year.

    Hope to see more of the same from Cutters line. It feels like they are gaining some kind of chemistry.

    Really want to have faith our team is turning the corner but I guess we will have to wait and see. Feels like The Jets aren’t the same team as they were in the beginning of the season. Go Ducks!

    The ducks stick lift should not have been a penalty since the rule book states that if a player lifts the opponents stick and it hits the player in the face it’s a follow through but if there is blood then it’s the refs decision

    Zell being out 2 games in a row as a healthy scratch should be a no no. I get needing to rotate the young guys but it should be mostly minty and Hells going in and out w Zell and maybe LaCombe once in awhile based on their play. Mintys in alittle bit a sophmore slump. He's still got a bright future but he's been forgetable a lot this season.

    After that no call, McT miss and Devils goal i was sure L was comming. But after surviving 4 on 4 they ramped it up and it felt they are superior team.
    It sounded like playoff atmosphere in there especially when Strome scored. It just feels (to me at-least) like the Ducks teams of past years would just rolled over and lost that game. Last two games just felt different and i hope it continues.

    3rd period for the Ducks has been more solid. Love the compete and it’s another win. Have to admit, the Devils play some exciting hockey…fun game to watch. When we consistently forecheck we cause turn over and create opportunities…just need 60 minutes of that. Go Ducks.

    This Team hasn’t had a good GM since Brian Murray that man was a great GM always built teams for others and never won the cup
