  1. Trades aren’t easy to make, especially when the cupboard was bare when Rutherford arrived. If they don’t trade 1st round picks and prospects, fans are mad that they’re not “all in.” If they do and get tossed in the playoffs, as is most likely, fans are angry that they’re gave up the assets. You can’t win.

  2. Not signing zadorov and signing desharnais and myers instead basically destroyed our season. And even with big Z signed they still needed another serviceable Dman.

  3. Lego, if the Sabres offered up Cozens, Quinn, Power, Jokiharu, & Krebs for Petterson, Joshua, & Myers, would u make the deal?

  4. This is such a brutal take. Myers and Soucy had great years last year, any team in the league would have loved to have them. It's not on Alvin. Look at all the studs he's brought in for cheap. Not his or tocchets fault that Petey, Hronek, Miller, Hughes, Demko, Boeser and Joshua have been hurt. No one could have predicted that. And we still have a winning record despite that. The recency bias on this channel is insane.

  5. Maybe Vancouver and the NYR need to explore a trade that doesn’t involve Lafreniere.

JT Miller, Brannstrom, Desharnais, 2nd (2025) for Zibanejad, Jones, Schneider.

  6. Everyone in the canucks media needs to chill tf out respectfully. Its actually getting out of hand. Let alvin and rutherford do their thing. When the time is right, they'll strike and make the necessary deal.

  7. The problem with the Canucks is the media an people like you !!!!!!!! Players an management runs from a toxic media an stupid people that won’t shut up .. y’all just need drama to talk about.. if the market doesn’t have drama to talk about you NOT happy

  8. Honestly I don’t think Petterson’s contract and Baaaad year is talked about enough. Power young defenseman and former #1. Cozens… sure down year but young center that’s prettt cost controlled if he continues to improve. If I were Buffalo I’d ask one question: does adding Elias solve our problems vs. keeping Cozens & Power or Byram. Idk

  9. yet again the pundits make the tooling of a team like its as easy as in a video game……every team is looking for a marquis right handed defenseman. and trades are often kyboshed by enshrined no move clauses.

  10. Only a matter of time before the fanbase turns on Allvin the way they turned on Benning.
