The win in Carolina was one of the top 3-4 games all season – dominant. As for Burns, it’s the first time against the Wild that he was a complete non-factor against MN. Learning to win without 97/46/5 will do nothing but make the Wild a more difficult punch out come April – extremely exciting.
Ottawa looks like a completely different team than the one that the Wild played a week ago, running out of gas on their road trip. I bring that up because next season, the Wild will be hosting the World Jr. Tournament and on the road for two weeks this time frame next December / January. As for the Wild prospects, the Buium pass on the OT goal, 🥅- shit….👍. Kiviharju / Kumpulainen for Finland – nice.
