For those who don't know about the legendary sausages.
They are talking about a black sausage called Mustamakkara. Mustamakkara is a traditional blood sausage known as Tampere's local food. It is known to have been produced as early as the 16th century. Black sausage is usually made from pork meat, pig blood protein and water, ham, rye groats, silage, rye flour, salt, onion flour and a stabilizer.
