Middleton had a rough first couple games, but has been improving for sure. It's great to see an "underdog" going well.
Now, for Val, is the 7-10 days realistic, or is it just the usual Avalanche preparation for the month-to-month or IR coming after the 10 days is over?
The thing that surprised me most about Middleton last game was how dangerous he looked offensively. He had some great shot opportunities and made some really nice passes in the offensive zone. All in all, his last game was his best of the year. If he can keep that up he will be a valuable part of this team come playoff time.
I'd like for Choo Choo to have a nice long stretch of effectiveness. He is a great guy to have out there on the ice for our club.
