i'd rather go into the post season with Miller than Petey
Trade them both bro… sorry to say… Petey dont have it at all… JT too toxic it sucks we lost Bo… But what we need to do bro.. Is build around Quinn… Make Garland one of the captains….I was a JT fan as well… But it needs to be done bro… Tough love from the 80's dont work no more trust me… Thats my generation… But yeah we gotta get rid of Brock too sorry to say… he's not worth 8×8… Then we should get rid of Hronek too… Will be faster if we do this… thats what we need is speed and skill… Tall girraffes dont work in this league no more… Its also time to get rid of Myers too… HE'S SUCH A LIABILITY… But we get rid of Petey, JT, Brock, Hronek…. I want Petey Traded either too Buffalo or Washington… I want Dahlin and if we cant go after Jacob Chichryn…. sorry bro dont like Hronek, makes too many bone head plays and gets injured a lot too…. Hronek only looked decent cause of Quinn…
While I believe the Canucks need to do whatever they need to at this point to end the endless franchise drama- including trading Miller (just make sure the mgmt. makes a SMART trade, not a desperate one), I sincerely don't believe Petterson is worth 11.6 million and more importantly the guy to lead the Canucks to the promised land of an eventual Stanley Cup!
When Petterson expressed that "he has still got it" after scoring a couple of goals in a post-game interview against the Sharks – a 31st-place team- that told me right there that Petterson is content with putting personal success above team success. In the famous lyrics of Shania Twain, "That don't impress me much!"
I believe the Canucks should trade Petterson first, as his trade is most time-sensitive. As for Miller, the best time to trade a player for maximum benefit is when they are highly sought after by other teams.
And finally, in defense of all Canuck fans, we are only difficult to play for because we are educated enough about hockey to expect player/coach/team accountability. While we understand winning a Stanley Cup is one of the most difficult quests in all professional sports, we at the very least expect our players and team to show the compete and heart necessary to be respectably in the running.

As long as Petey and Miller seems to want to stay I would let them show that, but if one of them really want to go that is different then I would look for the best possible deal. But for now I would like to talk hockey instead of rumours. This talk is everywhere and is so boring but I like to say that Mika Z is actually good but had problems last year and is not a tocchet kind of guy is what I think.

I want Gudas. If not Gudas get another hard hitting DEFENSEMAN. Then if you need to trade away a centreman, trade for a top notch right D.
JT MIller has more 100 point seasons left in his career than Pettersson has left in his career. (I know their ages)
