With the New York Rangers struggles and some of the fanbase thinking the season is over with no chance of playoffs an article comes out stating the teams General Manager Chris Drury and Owner James Dolan aren’t quite ready to call an end to the playoff hopes.

Chris Dreary has done a great job of keeping the Diva underachieving core intact, while also demoralizing the rest of the team.

This team has been flawed for years. They āwonā because of power play and goaltending. They lost to Tampa and Florida because of size and grit. We have not had physicality for years thus the reason we donāt win cups. Plain and simple. Too many finesse pu$$ies and no hard nosed players that go to the net. (Besides will Cullye)

The commentator has never seen a "Scouting Report" on a player. It is clear that hockey players are just a list of physical skills that one must achieve to be effective. News flash, three main sections: Skill – IQ – Team oriented. Everyone of those three areas is equally important. To throw away a #55 because he didn't block enough shots is short sighted and a vary narrow view of what any player can bring a team.

As long as Dolan is around, this team will never sell when they should sell, and even if they do sell theyāll waste the picks and fail to develop those prospects anyway. I have zero faith in Drury to do anything but what Dolan tells him to do, and what Dolan tells him to do will always be idiotic. If we pour money into Lindgren who will be the next Dan Girardi/Weekend At Bernieās situation during his next contract term, we know all is lost for a long time.

Dolan is a five star idiot, but he will eventually fire Drury. Goaltending saved the Rangers again last night because they were outplayed. I love the Berard over Kakko move because he brings a lot of speed & we know that speed kills. Jones, Miller, Lindgren, Vesey & Brodzinski are tradeable. Some will only bring draft picks but those are needed, especially second rounders. Even if Rangers make the wild card(not with Laviolette) they will make a quick exit in the tighter checking milieu. Trade Jones & bring up Robertson. Othmann needs a few more games in Hartford & then he should come up too.

This team is doomed you know how you know a team is doomed ? Any time there is a scrum at the boards for the puck, 9 out of 10 times the other team comes out with it. You canāt win hockey games when you have cream puffs skating around with dresses on. Hockey is a tough guy sport get tough guys on your team or youāre wasting your time
The guys you name to trade away are the worst players on their team have no trade value whatsoever you gotta give up big names to get trade value
