Lindy Ruff tried to coach the Sabres to be goons tonight. Just like he did with the Stars. Tonight is testament to being an Avs faithful. Down to the last drop with Jonathan Drouin’s goal and Devon Toews’ OT winner.
That ref standing behind Scott Wedgewood needs to be reprimanded! Tonight was definitely for Wedgewood! LET’S GO AVS!
Next time I guess the Sabres need to spot the Avs six goals before they choke in the 3rd just to keep the pace.

Sabres have talent but zero leadership on this team. Down the stretch, throwing puck aimlessly for icing like 5 different times will get u in trouble, especially when you can't win the face-off. Avs have the leaders, heart, and play with urgency when needed. That was the difference tonight.

One of the most memorable games in recent Avs history. Down 2 goals with 3 minutes left and winning the game in OT!!??? Let's go AVS!!!!

2. A fluky goal allowed by an incompetent ref who wouldn't blow the play dead after a goalie injury
3. 2 goals scored under 3 mins with the goalie pulled
4. Hat trick by the loosing team
5. 11 total goals scored (12 if you count the one called back)
6. Game winner scored within the first minute of OT

For the record, that ref needs to be reprimanded immediately. Absolutely unforgivable!

That non-whistle on the Sabres 4th goal was insane. If the goalie gets hit in the back of the head on that wrap-around, that’s an instant-concussion! That ref needs to be out of the league, 1000%

I’m a Sabre fan. Any time I see fans or YouTubers complain about their team, I have to laugh at them. They have no idea what pain is. They have no idea what being bad is.
Kulich shoving Colton over the goalie after he scored at the beginning of the 3rd was very uncool and not at all safe…seen wayyyyy to many injuries happening when dude’s skates go up in the air like that.
