  1. What a surprise. Miller with no goals (again). Great that he got into a fight and dragged himself and some Calgary plug into the box for five minutes *sarcasm* Sure helped the cause. People celebrating Miller "dragging the team into the fight," please know you sound like those fans back in the day celebrating moral victories.

  2. Rutherford was right about last year. Everything has to go right in order for this team to have success. Lots of mistakes this year. But I do beleive Alvin will figure this out soon. Rutherford will pull the trigger and by the sounds of it. Petey makes the most sense. Having 11.5 pkayer off the books , even if they have to retain that will shore up some cap space. Petey needs a change of scenery

  3. EP40: What a HORRIBLE signing, I said at the time, and remain thinking so. WTF are they paying a HART TROPHY type salary and making him the 5th highest paid player in the league, to a player that hasn't consistently show anything yet? Insane decision, and the beginning of the end of this team as we knew it… and the collapse of everything positive the management were building on for 2 years. So f'ing strange a decision.

  4. I think Pettersson's lost his passion for the sport tbh, and I'm not sure even he knows why exactly or what to do to possibly get it back. If the passion was to be best and that is what drove you to excellence and you lose that I can see how your play would drop off a cliff. He might get it back at some point hopefully, but I would not really count on it. I know from long before that he doesn't like to watch hockey games, he finds it boring, so the idea of him getting bored with the game is not so out there.
