As a jets fan, im glad they won tonight, cause tomorrow could be a rough one in Denver. Comrie is gonna be in net, and the jets have been awful in the 2nd of a back to back. Not to mention he allows at least 3 goals per game, none of which are on him, he keeps them in alot of games single-handedly.

When you are paid 11.5 million, you need to steal a goal or two each game.
Sureischokin isn't doing any of that. Playing worse then a majority of the goalies making under 6 Million.
When was the last time Igor played better then the opposing goalie? weeks… months?
The Rangers down by one, they pull the goalie and Lavi decides to put Mika out there…why? Just….why? Also feels like Igor doesn't trust any of the guys in front of him…which he shouldn't because….well we all know why and he's doing too much to try and make up for it.

I still don't get the criticism of Jets big D-man Logan Stanley. I have no issues with his play. As a matter of fact I have been impressed all season. Last season I was impressed by his physical toughness as he played with not 1 ankle injury, but 2. Most players would have missed more games if they played at all. I have always admired his mental toughness. His many detractors and critics have been unduly harsh on his play projecting very loudly. I think Stanley and Samberg, when both are in the lineup make the blueline complete.

Come on Shannon. That coaches challenge of the second Panthers goal was just stupid. Igor was hardly touched. The challenge was overruled because their was no interference. Not "Because Rangers". The NYR get the benefit of more calls than not. They aren't the Islanders.

Igor is not the main problem, but he certainly has appeared to lose his shine and hasnt been able to steal a win for the Rangers like elite goalies can do.
Another shutout for Hellebuyck, who is clearly the better goalie than Shesterkin 😅
