  1. I’d like to see them in playoffs this season but I don’t think they’ll win a cup happy to be wrong though but damn! Laine back and picking up carrier has really improved our play and our 4th line is banging!! More physical better ice coverage and more break aways than I’ve ever seen think they’ve found that spark that was missing.

Hopefully demidov just comes in and gels like carrier did.

Gonna be a powerhouse in the next few years.

  2. And the most amazing thing is that CH managed to win against 3 strong teams – during Christmas time – usually this team always chokes during holidays!

  3. I watched 2 periods with Rick on Talking Habs. I had snow shovelling to do. I returned with 2 minutes left and Habs came back! I missed all the good dtuff. I also didnt think the Habs were gonna be in this one.

  4. As a Flames fan, congratulations Montreal on your comeback today beating Vegas. I wish the Flames had done the same thing a couple of days ago.

  5. The montreal canadiens are like the Chicago bulls with Michael Jordan mister Patrick Lainey a hot ticket…O,M.G.O.M,G .with the patrick laine is win win win

  6. I was really worried seeing them go down 2-0 given this team's previous habit of falling apart when things go bad, but they kept grinding away at it and brought it back, against the league leaders no less.

Hell of a way to send off a heck of a year.

Slovakia.

  8. As a jets fan I love u habs. Thank you for beating the knights. I've been watching u a bit lately. Real happy for Laine.

  9. How are the Canadians doing this people seem to be asking this question well here's the answers first of all they had talent to begin with these are all young players who need confidence the difference between winning and losing at the professional level regardless of the sport is in your ability to believe in yourself to believe that your team cannot lose and to believe that you have the best talent personally and as a group the spark that got them going was Patrick Laney coming back and that incredible run of Power Play Goals that he had although he stated his legs had not yet got to where he wants them to be and if you watch him he's skating better each game becoming more and more of a dominant player that he was for a long time the next thing you need to succeed is a good or great goaltender and the Canadians have two really good goaltenders right now the next thing you need and this is the hardest thing is the will to win the will to give 100% on every shift because you never know what little tiny play may turn the game the Canadians are getting a tremendous belief in their ability to win and once you have that and you put out on every shift you will win a lot of games providing you have the talent and they do have the talent

  10. Happy New Year, feeling like St Joseph's Oratory is sprinkling so magic dust on our Canadians. We are united.❤Great work ethic team.

  11. great game for the habs, especially to pull out a comeback win against the best 3rd period team in the league. that being said, not sure it would be enough for a 7 game series.

  12. Imagine if Slafovsky was a real first pick overall all the dynamic is change. Even galchenyuk and kotkaniemi are way better no luck 😑. But we have hutson (real first pick overall) so im happy and demidov soon 😁

  13. Next. Finally nothing for Eichel.Rangers with Zibanajad with Kreider needs to be put to rest next.Sign Evans.

  14. beautiful!!!!! Canadians have sooo much heart – the goal tending is off the charts

  15. I think the pieces of the puzzle are falling in place and each Canadien player seems on his right spot. I couldn’t be happier 😮. Go Habs Go 🔵⚪️🔴

  16. Man the Habs are real fun to watch but absolutely do not look fun to play against, I love it.

Ya love to see Dach get going even if a couple of his goals have been lucky bounces, it'll get the confidence going higher and higher. Shame Evans couldn't keep the streak going tho.

And Monty continuing to play real well even if he doesn’t get enough love for how solid he's been.

  17. Great trade for Carrier… Move Kaden Guhle back to his natural side. More stability on defense…12 goals and only 4 given up to three good teams in these last 3 games says something. However, I'm not expecting playoffs and will be realistic moving forward. I simply want them to compete night in and night out. We have a ways to go before we can expect the playoffs year after year. The management group has a plan and are building the team to compete year after year not just for one run. This takes time and a lot of patience from rhe fans but we are getting a glimpse of some of the young talent and more to come in the years ahead. There's light ahead but growth isn't always linear with young talent so keep the faith fellow Hab fans… From a Hab fan living in Cork, Ireland who has been following the team since 1969😮

  18. Oh my god… this run of wins against three of the most talented teams in the NHL, and all of them in their own barns, is incredible. And by a team that was in the basement a short while ago!
How can you not get behind that?!!
    I'm just awestruck!
    Congratulations, Habs!!
