Oh the Red Wings do have an identity. It's called mediocrity.
Perron's new born bay is in the hospital , they've kept things quiet but I'd take this video down dude maybe pray for his kid.
The only thing he knows to do is get ex blues players. Thats how they won in the 90s and its his only strategy. He is not the genius people think he is.
I want to see if the yzerman changes his free agent signings in 25/26. Last season was full of 1-2 year contracts on mid players. When he first joined it was 4-5 years on mid players. With a new coach now and asp looking like the real deal. Danielson almost ready. I want to see if yzerman signs 1-2 core players in 25/26. Of so the team will be out of mediocrity.
The primary mistakes are Copp/Compher/Holl. Those contracts can't be moved. Had to find cap room to resign Raymond/Seider/Veleno/Kane/Fischer, and that money came from Sprong/Walman/Perron/Ghost roster vacancies, with the remainder going to Tarasenko.
Ah yes that's the key , Detroit needs to get older lol second line should all be traded ,move the 4 old defenseman and fire Yzerman, the team is worse in the standings then when he got hired .
The biggest loss was keeping Newsy for as long into the season as we did, not the players who left. Attempting to make the system we had at the beginning of the season work with Perron wouldn't have changed anything.
Oh please. Perron signed 2x4m. If Yzerman had signed that deal he would have been rightfully crucified.
Wings definitely miss Perron. Their PP has absolutely sucked this year. I would have liked to see him back.
So many L's I've lost count ðŸ˜
Losing ghost and Wallman was the biggest L’s. Especially giving up a second to get rid ofWallman. Perron was good for us when we had him, but it was time for him to go.
Lots of criticism for Yzerman's NHL player evaluation. This is not one of them. Perron is D-U-N.
His stats this season only say it was the right move. All tho, he was good with the wings.
Wings got this, TM will change this, just watch
Perron is not a mistake at all he was a good part of the locker room and chemistry but he kept causing penalties and he didn’t perform well as he did inn2023 season so yzerman made the right move to move on from him instead Kane and that’s a FACT
No it was letting ghost go for cheap then trading walman snd a second rounder for nun but cap space
Perron has been hurt or family matter all year. He has never once been scratched
Perron and Ghost!!! We got: Tarasenko and Gustafson.
ARE YOU KIDDING Stevie!?!?
For the money they shoulda kept sprong 1 mil for a top 15 ppg player big loss there
