I would love to see Cozens in Detroit. I am guessing the necessary intra-divisional overpay would be too much, however. Fun to think about, though. Thanks again for your tireless efforts. I always look forward to the podcast.

Cozens is making a lot of money for a long time. It's an intriguing idea but I'd rather a GM that I don't trust not make a decision that big. There is no margin for error.
