Tack that on to Rempe elbow to head of Bastian, Rempe elbow to head of Siegenthaler, , Rempe elbow to T. vanRiems head, Rempe check from behind on Malenstyn, Rempe jump/hit on Neighbors (only a minor- open season on Neighbors ig) all in 22 games played while avg under 6m of ice time is crazy. And those are only the ones I could think of in a minute or two. So stop with the crying and trying to vindicate your dirty player. This was also a dirty hit, and should've been a 5m major. It's an obvious boarding, a headshot, AND it was a BUTT END of the stick! That's 5 minutes, game misconduct, and automatic review. Calling it 2 minutes is the joke that the NHL now has become.
You can tell who is a fan of whom by the comments. Fact is, all Lauzon ever sees is 6-3. His left hand basically shoves the player's face into the boards. 5 minute match penalty is the only call that could reasonably be made here.
