I thought the boys played a solid game for the most part. Murray should've had the first 2 goals, and Thompson was outstanding tonight.
Really need to figure out the PP. Rest up boys, schedule doesn't get much better for the next month

I thought the Leafs played a pretty good game. But they shot themselves in the foot with a bad turnover and not getting the puck out when they had the opportunity. Also, goaltending and special teams was a factor. I still think Murray should've started last night and Woll today.

Worst defense in the league when it comes to generating points. They miss the net like I've never seen. Domi is the only one in the forward group who will physically engaged with anyone. Knies 6'3 240 lbs is just one more limp Maple leaf. Lets face there is no FU on this team except Domi.

I don't get the comments saying they played well. Passes weren't crisp, they coughed up the puck in the defensive zone way too much. And the goalie was mediocre at best.

William Nylander is an absolute waste of a talent. He does nothing but cherry pick and cost the team the game. He’s a liability away from the puck and doesn’t elevate his teammate. Knies forced the play to him all night. Yes Holmberg sucks and probably belongs in the ECHL but it just goes to show, Berube hates and can’t trust Nylander, so he puts him with a “responsible” guy. Which deflates the line up.
Marner is in a category all on his own and drives me nuts that anyone with an atom size brain can argue Nylander is even on the same planet as Mitch Marner. Marner is a superstar caliber player. Nylander is a poor man’s all star player. Pathetic and shows no effort when he doesn’t have the puck. He stands out in the worse possible way.
